Rapper Saweetie has finally broken her silence on the leaked video of her and Quavo fighting in the elevator.
“This unfortunate incident happened a year ago, while we have reconciled since then and moved past this particular disagreement, there were simply too many other hurdles to overcome in our relationship and we have both since moved on,” she told TMZ.
The video of the leaked video had Twitter debating who was to blame. Some saw Saweetie throw a punch, but others felt that Quavo was too rough and were upset that he did not help her up after pushing her to the ground.
Saweetie confirmed the couple had split via her Twitter after speculation over the fact that she had unfollowed him on Instagram.

“I’m single,” she tweeted at the time. “I’ve endured too much betrayal and hurt behind the scenes for a false narrative to be circulating that degrades my character. Presents don’t band aid scars and the love isn’t real when the intimacy is given to other women.”
